A Polish court has decided to suspend the espionage proceedings against Pavel Rubtsov, a journalist of Russian-Spanish descent, who is also known by his alias Pablo González. The court’s ruling comes in light of the fact that Rubtsov cannot currently be located.
Rubtsov was previously detained in Poland in February 2022, shortly after Russia initiated its full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
